Relax, restore, and rejuvenate in this 45-min Gentle Yoga class.
This class focuses on slow, mindful movements, breath awareness, and gentle stretching and strengthening exercises to improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Modifications, props and chairs, will be offered to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all levels, including those with limited mobility or physical concerns. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a softer approach, this class will help you build strength, ease tension, and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and renewed!”
Bring a water bottle and your favorite yoga mat. Bolsters, yoga blocks, cushions. Mats provided if you don't have one.

This class immediately follows Thursday Calm and Composed Yoga that meets from 10:45 am to 11:45 am. There is a fifteen-minute break in between classes if you would like to register for both Calm & Composed Yin Yoga: Thursday - Edina Community Ed
Gentle Yoga meets from noon to 12:45 pm on 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27 NO CLASS 4/3, class starts again on 4/10, 4/17, and 4/24.
