Qigong is a system of movements and meditations designed to promote health, balance, and overall wellness. The practice is considered one of the pillars of Chinese medicine, drawing foundational principles from Daoism and Buddhism. In this 8-week course, students will learn qigong forms to support dynamic wellbeing - calming the mind while strengthening and stabilizing the body. No previous qigong experience required - all movement is modifiable.
