    Learn how the French do it! Baguettes, croissants, macarons, Madeleines, éclairs, crêpes, canelés...Each week, students will learn the origins of these well-known French delicacies and taste test! Then, students will use Google Slides to type the recipe and design recipe cards that they will use to complete a French pastry cookbook to keep and use over and over at home! To add to the authenticity, the class is ideal for Normandale students, as it will be taught entirely en français, bien sûr! Please note: Store-bought French baked goods will be served in this class and may contain common allergens such as milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and wheat.
