Afterschool Phys Ed Games: Cornelia
DASH Sports Phy. Ed Games camp provides participants with a fun experience learning and playing your favorite physical education games. Games may include: Capture the Flag, Kickball, Dodgeball, Tag games, Ultimate Frisbee/Football, Sharks and Minnows, Soccer, and more! Participants will learn teamwork, and values such as respect, hustle, and price, all in a fun environment while increasing athleticism and learning teamwork and gameplay. Campers should bring a water bottle and athletic clothing/shoes. All other equipment is provided. -

Parent Toddler Swim: Ages 1-4
Parents work together with Instructor Kay Zuccaro to encourage their young children (ages 1-4) to become comfortable in the water and to develop a readiness to swim. Toys and games help make this a fun and positive experience. Note: Swim diapers required if not toilet trained. A parent or guardian is required to participate in the water with their child. -

PE Games: Concord Elementary
We will play games such as Capture the Flag, Busy Bee, Steal the Pin, etc. PE games will be run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-3:30. -
Archery 101: Gr. 5-9
Nothing beats the thrill of hitting a bull’s-eye! Learn all aspects of range safety*, proper shooting techniques and the history of this ancient sport. Kids develop the discipline and skill of using bows and the joy of learning a centuries-old sport. You don't have to be fast, tall or even very strong to have success in Archery. *Please note that attendance at the first two days of club is required to be properly trained on all safety skills and rules. Attendance at all sessions is recommended. No prorating is available. Note: Safety rules are strictly enforced and Edina Community Ed staff reserves the right to immediately dismiss a participant for unsafe behavior. -
Advanced Archery: Gr. 5-9
Come learn some more advanced archery concepts that go beyond our introductory class. Shooting at greater distances, follow through, and scoring in an archery tournament will be explored in this class. Your student will have the opportunity to continue to build on their archery skill at a higher level than the introductory class. Your student must have completed the Archery 101 class in order to sign up for this class. -
Kung Fu – Wu Shu for Self-Defense and Fitness: Beginner
Age 5 – adult: Learn effective kicking, punching & self-defense skills to strengthen the mind & body. Join a fun, progressive class & build muscle, power, flexibility, coordination, agility. Optional uniform, certification from white to Black Belt available. Great class for parents and child. -

Running is a sport in which everyone in the family can participate. Running is the most accessible sport. No matter where you live, work, or go to school, there are areas that are safe for running. Running clubs, youth running programs, and events can be found in nearly every city in the United States. Running is the perfect exercise. 35 minutes of running three to four times a week will result in improved physical fitness. Running strengthens the heart, lungs, and major muscles of the body. -

Non-School Day: DASH Multi-Sport: Gr. K-5
Looking for a fun non-school day filled with fun sports activities? This Multi-Sport camp includes fun skills training and games in three sports: Soccer, Basketball, and Flag Football. Athletes will spend roughly 1.5 hours on each sport, performing fun, instructor-led skill-based activities and games. Also included in the daily activities will be other fun games such as Kickball, Capture the Flag, Dodgeball, and more. Athletes should bring two snacks, a lunch, and a water bottle. -
Non-School Day: Snack Attack
Snack Attack (Children’s Cooking Class) 1 hour Join local holistic nutritionist, Jackie Mart, for this children's hands-on cooking class! We will be making a few yummy, mouth-watering, after-school snacks! All supplies are included. (Min 5 Max 12) On the Menu: Paleo Monkey Cinnamon Bread Peaches and Cream Smoothie -
DASH Baseball Camp: Grades K-2
Dash Sports baseball camps provide players with a well-rounded experience in a fun environment. Key elements of throwing, fielding/catching, batting, and baserunning will be taught and practiced, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with a scrimmage the final day. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a baseball glove (spikes and bats are optional). Baseballs and bats are provided. -

League format is 5 vs 5, recreational, non-contact where players will receive equal playing time. Trophies will be awarded to the teams with the best record in each age group at the completion of the league. Players will receive official NFL Flag Football Jerseys and flag belts that they keep. All games will have hired referees and scores & standings will be recorded and posted weekly at https://www.dashsports.us/page/show/6741725-edina-nfl-flag-spring-2022- Athletes may request to be on the same team as a friend or group of friends, or you may put together and register your own entire team.
